教育重在育人

郑州为期一天家庭教育讲座结束了，家长把我围得里三层外三层，看着家长焦虑的表情，我心里有说不出的滋味，家长说起孩子的缺点简直出口成章，看孩子的不足之处简直是火眼金睛。

几年来，做过很多的家庭教育讲座，见过各种各样的家长和老师，但见的最多的就是挑剔和指责型的家长和老师，很多的家长和老师都是打着“为了孩子好”的旗号去发掘孩子的缺点，指责孩子改正，最后批得孩子失去自信，不认识自我，没有目标，不知道自己的长处，进而让孩子慢慢越走越没有方向。

教育重在育人，我们培养孩子的目的是让孩子成功的走向社会而不是进入某一所大学，所以我们培养孩子最重要的是培养孩子的自信心、学习能力，生存能力，克服困难的能力、适应环境的能力等等。一个孩子一次考试的好歹不会影响他很长时间，但如果孩子没了自信，不会学习，即便有两次考的不错，也不一定值得骄傲！

孩子的成长过程就像在高速路上行驶的列车，作为父母，你就是孩子的引路人，孩子的方向只要对，不要太挑剔，拍手叫好就行了；当孩子方向不对的时候，及时调整方向，但必须给孩子留下减速和转弯的时间，不然会翻车的！
