10家企业抢滩民营银行，浙商为何占6席？近日，第13期武汉企业家浙江大学培训班课堂上，有 “浙商教父”之称的浙大教授鲁柏祥说，敢于先行一步的勇气是憋出来的。

抢滩民营银行的10家企业，阿里巴巴、万向、均瑶、复星、正泰及华峰都具有浙商背景。有学员问，为何浙商总走在时代前头，民营银行试点为何浙江系又称雄？

“天上地下没有资源，要吃饭，怎么办？”鲁柏祥说，浙江在计划经济年代很穷，1952年到1976年，国家投资不到全国平均水平一半，只有憋着一股劲先干起来。浙商精神是憋出来的，浙江经济是逼出来的经济。现在讲市场主体法无禁止即可为，浙江人很早就在这么干，走在政策边缘，浙商崛起，就是先行一步走了市场化道路。

“浙江民间金融探索得早，也是民间资本富庶的地方，尤其温州走得更早，上亿的借贷，温州老板晚上几个电话就搞定，不需要任何协议，非常厉害，互帮氛围浓。但局限性明显，更多是一种江湖义气，不可能持久。”

鲁柏祥说，浙商“商”的氛围特别浓，不偏向于实业实体，又以温州人为盛。民营银行就是“商”的概念，浙商在这个领域做了很多探索，试点选这里更易成功。

这些探索包括：1993年成立浙江泰隆商业银行，“做小不做大”在业内率先走出差异化发展之路；2004年成立浙商银行，带有鲜明民营色彩，运用市场化方式经营。

围绕这个话题，鲁柏祥延展到财神范蠡。投奔越国后，他经商成巨富，被后人尊奉为财神，“范蠡是中国商业文化的老祖宗，也被称为‘商圣’，设立过钱庄，就是现在的银行，对浙商影响深远”。
