医者绝不可能有各种疾病的亲身体验，因此，当病人向医者诉说他的痛苦、陈述他的感受时，不一定都能被医者理解、唤起医者的共鸣；同样，当医者表达诊疗意见、提出配合要求时，也不一定能全被病人领会、赢得病人的合作。医患沟通是一门值得研究的学问。

4月12日，武汉中国人民解放军第149医院特邀风采礼仪专家级讲师杨蕊萍老师为其进行了医务礼仪医患沟通的培训。杨蕊萍老师在医院培训具有丰富的资历及经验，有其独特有效的方式。
